Gift Voucher Terms
Everything you need to know about using your Vivura gift voucher.
Thank you for receiving a Vivura gift voucher — we’re delighted to welcome you. These are the terms of use. If anything isn’t clear, email kate@vivura.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
Validity
Your gift voucher is valid for 6 monthsfrom the date it was issued to you. The expiry date is handwritten on the voucher by the person who gave it to you. If your voucher doesn’t have a handwritten date, please contact us at kate@vivura.co.nz.
Using Your Voucher
Your voucher can be redeemed against any product or gift box in the Vivura online store — candles, jewellery, gift boxes, or a custom gift pack. You can also use it in person at a market stall or event.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Redeeming Online
At checkout, enter your voucher code (e.g. VV-XXXX-XXXX) in the gift voucher field, then click Apply. The amount will be deducted from your order total. If your order is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for next time — it’ll be ready to use online again with the same code.
Redeeming in Person
Bring your voucher to any Vivura market stall or event and hand it to Kate — she’ll apply the balance on the spot. You can bring either the physical card or show the code on your phone.
Partial Use
If you don’t use the full value in one visit, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used within the validity period.
Gifting Forward
Your voucher can be passed on to someone else if you wish — it’s not tied to a specific person.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers
Vouchers are treated like cash. Vivura can’t replace lost or stolen vouchers, so please keep yours somewhere safe. If your voucher is physically damaged but the code is still readable, email us a photo and we’ll do our best to help.
